浅议道家思想对于日本文化的意义

On Significance of Taoism to Japanese Culture

学术界关于儒学、佛教对日本文化的影响探讨较多,但关于道家思想对于日本文化的影响则很少关注,或忽略不计。然而在日本历史上虽然道家未像儒学、佛教那样成为日本的官方意识形态,但对日本文化的影响则是深入而广泛,可以说道家思想亦潜入日本文化的深层,对日本人的审美意识、文化心理产生一定的影响。某种意义上可以说,"茶道乃变装了的道家哲学",道家的美学、伦理、智慧被实用主义地贯彻于茶道文化之中。

In academia, scholars have discussed more about the impact of Confucianism and Buddhism on Japanese culture, but less of Taoism, some even ignored that. In the history of Japan, Taoism, though un- like Confucianism and Buddhism that became the official ideology of Japan, had deep and broad impact on Japanese culture, influencing Japanese esthetic consciousness and culture psychology. To a certain extent, Sado is a form-changed Taoist philosophy, that is to say, Taoist aesthetics, ethics and wisdom have been pragmatically used in the Sado culture.
