师范院校教育成本补偿体系探究

Research on Compensation System of Education Cost in Normal Schools

师范院校主要具有知识传授、知识生产和服务社会等三项基本功能,形成了不同的产出,产生的不同产品,由于受益者不同,其教育成本应得到有效的补偿。研究提出从三方面构建师范院校教育成本补偿机制,以促进师范院校教育健康、稳定、可持续的发展。

Normal schools have the three basic functions of imparting knowledge,knowledge production and service society,and different outputs and different products are formed,but due to different beneficiaries,the cost of their education should be effectively compensated.In this article,it pointed out the education cost compensation mechanism of normal colleges should be developed from three aspects in order to promote the healthy,stable and sustainable development of normal schools.
