摘要
从2010年上半年发生的职工群体性事件来看,职工若处在不稳定的劳动关系临界点上,遇到某种影响就会产生不满、愤怒甚至过激行为的反应。工会应该通过测量管理学、行为学、心理学、社会学和经济学等5个影响劳动关系临界点的指数,做好预警维护,降低劳动关系风险。工会必须采取具体的措施来增强劳动者劳动感受,提升劳动者心理承受力,平衡劳动者优越感,回应劳动者需求和满足劳动者再生产预期。
Observed from the staff's group incidents happened in the first half year of 2010,staff at an unstable critical point of labor relations,when influenced,will be inclined to dissatisfaction,anger or even aggressive actions.Trade union should take five indexes influencing the critical points of labor relations,i.e.measurement management science,behavior science,psychology,sociology,and economics as early warning measures,and reduce the risk of labor relations.Trade union must take specific actions to enhance laborers' work feelings,improve their psychologically adaptive capability,balance their self-esteem,respond to their needs and meet their reproduction expectations.
