北洋政府时期京直地区水利建设研究

A Study of Water Conservancy Projects in Jingzhao District and Zhili Province in the Period of the Northern Warlords Government

北洋政府时期京直地区水灾严重,为改变这种状况,顺直水利委员会和海河工程局,加大了对京直的水利资金投入,在地形及雨量测量、堤坝维护、裁湾取直、浚治河道等方面取得了一定成绩。这一时期,京直水利工程新技术、新材料的运用,新组织管理模式和综合治理理念的引入对当今水利建设有一定的借鉴意义。

In the period of the Northern Warlords Government,Jingzhao District and Zhili Province experienced frequent flood disasters.In order to change this condition,Shun-Zhi River Commission and Hai-Ho Conservancy Commission increased investment and obtained some good results through measuring topography and rainfall,protecting the dike,straightening river bends,dredging waterway.During this period,new technology and materials were applied;new organization,management mode and concept were brought in,which had certain significance to today＇s water conservancy projects.
