研究和构建民族远程高等教育学习支持服务体系,一定要关注各民族间的文化差异,关注少数民族地区文化生态环境及文化价值冲突在教育上的体现,从民族地区语言环境、教学条件、社会经济发展实际出发,既要满足远程高等教育培养目标要求,又要充分考虑民族文化生态环境对远程高等教育的适应性,使学习支持服务体系更具地区和民族特色。

The reflection of the cultural differences of various ethnic groups,cultural ecological environment and cultural value conflicts of minority areas on education must be concerned when researching and constructing the learning support service system of national distance higher education.According to the language environment,teaching condition and social economic development reality in national regions,the learning support service system should not only meet the educational requirements of distance higher education,but also fully consider the adaptability of cultural ecological environment,which makes learning support service system bear more regional and national characteristics.
