社会与政治中的不公平,缺乏有效的政府作为以及环境伦理观念的淡薄等问题,导致了环境伦理的变迁与恶化。合理的关于环境伦理的应对策略还需要政治和社会层面的共同努力才能够付诸实施。西方发达国家治理环境问题的经验和有关学者的研究成果可以成为应对环境伦理问题的借鉴。本文正是关于环境伦理中的两个基本问题的探讨与分析。

Such problems as the unfairness in and of the society,lacking of efficient government behaviors and indifferences of environmental ethics have resulted in changes,or even corruptions of environmental ethics.Joint efforts of both political departments and social circles are needed so as to put reasonable corresponsive resolutions into practice by drawing lessons from experience and research achievements of western developed countries.The paper is just an exploration and analysis on two basic problems in environmental ethics.
