西部中小学教育发展的问题及对策——以甘肃宕昌为例

Problems and Solution to Western Middle and Primary School Education——Taking Dangchang as an example

对经济社会发展较为落后的西部来说,大力发展基础教育不断提升人力资本水平,是有效促进当地经济社会发展的关键与根本所在。改革开放以来尤其是近年来通过多方的不懈努力,西部的教育取得了长足的进展,无论是学校设施还是师资力量等方面均有了大幅度的提升,但是受到西部教育本身基础较为落后以及人口结构变动、学校调整等多方面的原因,当前西部教育仍存在一定的问题。本文将在一般性考察西部教育发展概况的基础上,重点以甘肃省陇南市宕昌县为例,重点考察当前西部教育发展中的问题以及相应的对策。

It is the central task to develop education and promote human capital in western part,which is of the latter economic and social development.Since the reform and open,especially in recent years,the western education has obtained considerable development with the great effort.However,because of many reasons including people structure and school adjustment and so on,there are still many problems to be solved.On the basis of the overview of western education,the problem and its countermeasures to develop the western education are studied with an emphasis by taking Dangchang County of Longnan City in Gansu Province as an example.
