摘要
本文认真分析了非智力素质教育的基本概念及内涵,强调加强非智力素质教育是理工科大学生成功的重要保障,提出了加强理工科大学生非智力素质教育的主要途径和方法,对理工科大学生成人成才具有重要意义。
The basic concept and contents of non-intelligence education are analyzed,and it is emphasized that strengthening non-intelligence education is the key factor to the success of engineering students,then the main approaches and methods are put forward to strengthen non-intelligence education in engineering students,which are of great significance for the self-improvement of them.
