摘要
提出了一种基于纯电量计算的异步电动机转矩的新方法.根据异步电动机数学模型及功率流程,建立了电机转矩与电磁功率、定子频率的关系表达式,进而实现了只需检测电机定子电压、电流、转速及功率因数即可准确辨识出异步电动机瞬时输出转矩的目标.仿真和实验结果证明了该方法的正确性和有效性.
A new torque estimation of induction motors strategy based on calculating the electrical parameters is presented.According to the mathematical model and power flow of induction motors,the relational expression of the torque corresponding to the electromagnetic power and stator angular frequency is created,and then instantaneous output torque of induction motors is identified only with stator voltage,current,rotating speed of the motor stator and power factor.The simulation and experimental results illustrate the validity and efficiency of this method.
