基于弓网电弧模拟试验装置的电弧参数测量及分析 被引量:6

摘要 电气化高速铁路弓网相互作用是实现机车受流的关键环节,弓网电弧是评价弓网关系的重要特征.本文设计了一套弓网电弧模拟发生装置,该装置通过旋转轮盘与碳刷相对运动,产生旋转电弧,能够模拟受电弓与接触网的相对运动.系统试验最高电压100 V,电弧电流20 A,试验测试了静态电弧和动态电弧对系统的电压和电流的影响,并采用LABVIEW软件对其进行了谐波分析.谐波成分集中在500 Hz以下,且含有不规则间谐波. Pantograph and catenary interaction to acquiring power from the electric grids is a key point in the electrical high speed railways.One of the interaction features is the arcing between pantograph and catenary.In this paper,we design a pantograph-catenary arc prototype that can simulate sliding contact between pantograph and contact wire by producing rotating arc.Max voltage is 100 V and max current is 20 A in the experiment.The voltage and current waves have been recorded when arcing operates.The harmonics components are analyzed based on the LABVIEW software.The results show the harmonics components mainly concentrate in 500 Hz and contain interharmonies.
