Effective Means to Thicken the Learning Atmosphere in Newly Established Local Institutions of Higher Learning

优良的学风是学生成长、成才的重要保障,也是新建地方本科院校生存和建设发展的关键。通过强调树立以人为本的教育理念、构建学风建设网络平台、完善教学管理保障机制和拓展激励成才的服务内容,以及创新校园文化育人氛围等,对新建地方本科院校的学风建设问题进行了多方位的探讨,以求从理论和实践的不同角度有所突破。

Thick atmosphere of learning contributes not only to the students＇ growth and success,but also to the survival and development of newly established local institutions of higher learning.This paper probes into the thickening of learning atmosphere in the foregoing institutions,hoping to make breakthroughs in terms of theories and practice.It is held that different means can help to thicken the learning atmosphere in colleges and universities,including the adoption of a student-centered education philosophy,the building of an on-line learning-atmosphere platform,the improvement of managing and quality control mechanisms,the adoption of simulative measures for the students＇ success and the thickening of campus cultural atmosphere.
