通过对《2011年中国海洋经济统计公报》的全面解读,深入分析了2011年中国海洋经济的总体发展情况以及主要海洋产业、区域海洋经济的基本态势,并展望了2012年中国海洋经济的发展趋势,得到基本结论:受国际国内形势影响,海洋经济增速整体放缓;海洋产业结构调整初显成效,海洋战略性新兴产业发展迅速,传统海洋产业加快转型,海洋服务业稳步发展,新型服务业态不断涌现;环渤海、长三角、珠三角区域海洋经济增速回落,长三角海洋经济占全国比重下降明显;虽然面临来自国内和国外的挑战和压力,但是2012年海洋经济仍将继续保持平稳较快的发展态势。

By comprehensively unscrambling the National Marine Economic Statistics Bulletin 2011, this paper analyzes the overall development of the marine economy, the major marine industries and regional marine economy in-depth, and gives the basic trend of marine economic development in 2012. Basic conclusions of this paper are ： in 2011, the overall growth of marine economy was slowdown because of the impact of international and domestic factors; marine industrial restructuring was effectively implemented, which are represented by the rapid development of marine strategic emerging industries, the accelerated transformation of traditional marine industries, the steady development of marine services, and the emergence of new types of services; the growth rate of marine economy in the Round-the-Bohai, Changjiang River Delta, and Zhujiang River Delta Economic Zones has slowed down, especially in the Changjiang River Delta; Although facing the challenges and pressures from both home and abroad, in 2012 the marine economy will continue to maintain stable and rapid development.
