不同处理对富贵籽种子出苗的影响

Effects of Different Treatment on Seeding Emergence of Ardisia crenata Sims' Seed

测定富贵籽种子的特性,种子呈球形,粒径7.544±0.442 mm,百粒重为14.202±0.359 g;采用正交试验设计,研究不同的种子贮藏方式、GA3浓度、浸泡时间的处理对富贵籽种子出苗的影响(主要考查了平均出苗天数、出苗率和出苗指数等指标)。结果表明:种子的贮藏方式是影响的主要因素,其次是GA3处理的浓度和浸泡时间。在该试验条件下,提高富贵籽种子出苗的最佳处理方法为:种子经混沙湿藏90 d,用100 mg/L的GA3溶液,浸泡2 h进行预处理。

The characteristic of Ardisia crenata Sims＇ seeds are measured,which are globular,the diameter is 7.544±0.442mm,the hundred grain weight is 14.202±0.359g.By means of orthogonal design,a study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different seed storage methods,GA3 concentration and soaking time on the seed germination of Ardisia crenata Sims＇（mainly examined the average germination,seedling emergence rate and germination days）.The results showed that the seed storage methods are the main factor,followed by GA3 treatment concentration and soaking time.In the experimental conditions,the best processing method of Ardisia crenata Sims＇seed germination is mixed sand wet storage 90d,100mg / L GA3 and soaking 2h pretreatment.
