3例PICC术后出现Ⅲ度渗血的原因分析及护理对策探讨

Causes analysis and discussion of nursing on grade Ⅲ blood oozing in three patients with peripherally inserted central catheter

目的探讨3例PICC术后24 h内出现Ⅲ度渗血的原因及护理对策。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,对2010年1月~11月在本科置管出现Ⅲ度渗血的病例进行分析,总结导致渗血的原因。结果发现渗血的发生与患者的因素、医护的因素及置管后管理的因素等原因有关。结论应根据发生渗血的原因制定相应护理对策,降低渗血的发生率。

Objective To analyze the causes and discuss nursing measures on grade Ⅲ blood oozing after 24 hours in three patients with peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）.Methods The clinical data of patients with grade Ⅲ blood oozing who received PICC in our department from January 2010 to November 2010 retrospectively analyzed.The causes of blood oozing were summarized.Results The results showed that the occurrence of blood oozing was related to the patients,nursing measures and the management after intubation.Conclusion The formulation of related nursing measures should be based on the causes of blood oozing so as to reduce the recurrence of blood oozing.
