康惠尔无黏胶泡沫敷料在肺部感染气管切开患者中的应用

Application of Kanghuier foam dressing in tracheotomy patients with pulmonary infection

目的观察无黏胶泡沫敷料在肺部感染气管切开患者伤口换药中的应用效果。方法将60例因肺部感染而气管切开的患者随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组选用康惠尔10 cm×10 cm无黏胶泡沫敷料为气管切开换药的敷料,对照组以普通无菌纱布代替。结果实验组切口处皮肤红肿、渗血渗液等发生明显低于对照组;平均换药间隔时间较对照组明显延长(P<0.01)。结论无黏胶泡沫敷料可有效减少气管切开处皮肤红肿、皮疹以及感染等并发症的发生,使气管切开处换药间隔时间延长,减少了换药次数,减轻了患者经济上的负担,降低了医疗费用,减少了护理工作量。

Objective To observe the efficacy of foam dressing without viscose in tracheotomy patients with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 60 tracheotomy patients with pulmonary infection were randomized into control and the experiment groups.The experiment group received 10 cm×10 cm Kanghuier foam dressing while the control group was applied with ordinary sterile gauze.Results Skin redness and swelling,blood oozing and exudation in the experiment group were markedly lower than in the control group.Compared with the experiment group,the median dressing interval was obviously prolonged in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Kanghuier foam dressing can effectively reduce skin redness and swelling,skin rashes,wound complications,and dressing times.It also makes the medical costs affordable to patients and lowers nursing work-load.
