功能性鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎围术期健康教育

Perioperative health education of functional endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis

目的探讨功能性鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎围术期健康教育。方法选择经功能性鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎的55例患者,在入院时、术前、术后及出院的不同时期给予护理指导,预防并发症的发生。结果通过施行有计划有目的的健康教育,取得了预期的效果。结论慢性鼻窦炎理想的根治方法为施行功能性内窥镜手术。为了让患者更好地配合,提高手术成功率,有必要针对疾病的不同时期有的放矢地进行健康教育。

Objective To discuss the perioperative health education of functional endoscopic sinus surgery（FESS） for chronic sinusitis.Methods A total of 55 patients who received FESS for chronic sinusitis were selected.Nursing guidance was given at the admission day,perioperative,postoperative and discharge day to prevent complications.Results By conducting a planned health education,we achieved expected outcomes.Conclusion FESS is an ideal method for chronic si-nusitis.In order to let the patients better cooperate and improve the success rate of the operation,it is necessary to conduct health education at different periods of the disease.
