翼状胬肉手术的围术期护理及用药指导体会

Perioperative nursing and medication instructions to patients with pterygium surgery

目的探讨翼状胬肉患者围术期护理及术后用药的指导的安全性及有效性。方法对194例(208只眼)翼状胬肉手术患者进行术前健康指导,规范术后观察与用药指导的方法,预防感染、预防复发、预防激素性高眼压的发生。结果本组患者无术后感染病例,所有患者的角膜上皮在术后1周内愈合。1例患者发生眼表肉芽肿,经激素治疗后好转。5只眼复发,复发率2.4%。结论围术期护理及术后用药指导对于提高翼状胬肉患者的治疗效果、降低手术并发症的发生率是非常必要的。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficiency of postoperative medication instructions to patients with pterygium during the perioperative period.Methods A total of 194 patients（208 eyes） with pterygium received perioperative health instructions and regulated medication instructions to prevent infections,recurrence and corticosteroids induced ocular hypertension.Results No patient had postoperative infections.Corneal epithelia were all healed within 1 week postoperatively.One patient had ocular surface granuloma and recovered after corticosteroid treatment.Five eyes had recurrence lesions and the recurrence rate was 2.4%.Conclusion Perioperative nursing and postoperative medication instructions are necessary to improve the therapeutic efficacy and decrease the incidence rate of postoperative complications of patients with pterygium.
