摘要
目的了解高护生职业生涯规划的现状及职业决策困难程度,为更好地开展高护生职业生涯教育提供理论依据。方法采用《高护生职业生涯规划问卷》和《大学生职业决策困难问卷》量表对300名护理专科生进行随机分层调查。结果不同年级、不同性别的高护生个人职业生涯规划评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),职业决策困难评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高护生职业规划能力较差,职业决策存在一定困难,大学二年级和男护生更明显。高护生职业生涯规划教育应体现年级及性别的特点,应重点加强男护生职业规划教育。
Objective To investigate the status quo of career planning and the difficulty of career-related decision-making among college nursing students,and offer theoretical underpinnings for career education of college nursing students.Methods Two questionnaires,namely,career planning of college nursing students and the difficulties of career-related decision-making of college students,were employed to investigate a stratified random sampling of 300 nursing students.Results There were significant differences in careering planning of college nursing students with different grades and genders(P0.05).But no difference was found in difficulties of careerrelated decision-making.Conclusion Generally,college nursing students are poor at career planning and career-related decision-making,which is obviously reflected in sophomores and male nursing students.Career planning education of college nursing students should be differentiated between grades and genders,and more efforts should be paid to career planning education of male nursing students.
