建筑工程项目承包商风险管理研究

Research on contractor risk management in construction project

以承包商风险管理研究为中心,研究了承包商的风险源和风险因素及风险管理的模式。针对建筑工程承包商的实际情况,给出了适合承包商使用的风险应对措施。

The contractor risk source and risk factors and risk management mode were studied in this paper with focus on contractor risk management research.In view of the actual conditions of construction project contractors,the risk countermeasures used suitably by contractor were given.
