福建省民营企业发展关系型融资的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Relational Finance for Fujian's Development of Private Enterprises

福建省民营经济在拉动经济增长、增加城乡就业、促进社会和谐等方面作出了重大的贡献。资金短缺和融资困难仍然是制约福建省民营企业发展的最大障碍。本文提出关系型融资作为福建省民营企业的融资出路,并分析了出资者和企业之间发展关系型融资的成本和收益,从理论上论述关系型融资是福建省民营企业缓解融资困难的有效途径。

Fujian＇s private economy makes a great contribution to stimulating economic growth,increasing urban and rural employment and promoting social harmony.Capital shortage and financing difficulty are still the major barriers in developing Fujian＇s private enterprises.This paper proposes relational financing as the financing way to private enterprises and discusses the cost and benefit of establishment in relational financing from investors as well as enterprises.Theoretically,it expresses that relational financing is the best choice for Fujian＇s private enterprises to ease the financing difficulty.
