摘要
本文阐述了教考分离的可行性与一般原则和机制,并指出了教、学、考、研四方面的关系,提出了教、学、考、研的方略,以达到提高质量与信度的目的。不提倡"我教我考",提倡"教考分离"有助于提高教学质量与社会公信度。
This paper intends to elaborate feasibility,general principals and mechanism of separating instruction and testing.Meanwhile,it points out the relationship among instruction,learning,testing and research as well as the strategies to conduct them.The author advocates the 'separation of instruction and testing' and believes that only by which can the teaching quality be enhanced and social trust be gained.
