基于CIS理论的英语教师职业形象设计

摘要 英语教师职业形象是英语教师教育研究中一个上位的、具有综合性的研究课题。由于对英语教师职业形象专门研究的不足,英语教师职业形象存在认识上的模糊性和片面性,这将严重制约英语教师良好的职业形象塑造和英语教师专业化发展。本文借鉴现代企业经营管理的CIS理论,对英语教师职业形象CIS内涵、构成要素及其如何CIS设计稍作探析与勾画,旨在为英语教师职业形象塑造提供有益的参考与借鉴。 An English teacher's professional image is the upper and comprehensive research subjuct in the educational study of English teachers.There is ambiguity and unilateralism in understanding of the professional image of English teachers' due to the insufficiency of special research on English teachers' professional images,which will seriously restrict nicer professional image building and the development of specialization for English teachers.In order to afford some helpful consultation and reference for the professional image building of English teachers,this paper draws lessons from the Corporate Identity System(CIS) theory in operating management of modern corporation,and slightly explores and sketches the connotation,composing factors of CIS and the method of CIS design for the English teacher's professional image.
