The sea culture in Qinzhou,which is characterized by a rich variety,boasts a long history.For better development and utilization,we should：1.keep a foothold of the Beibu Gulf,face to the ASEAN,set sights on world level and fix the idea of global perspective;raise the awareness of the sea and enhance the excavation and protection of the Sea Culture in Qinzhou;strengthen the administration and the utilization based on the scientific development.
