摘要
目的:探讨温度对60%泛影葡胺毒副反应的影响。方法:将330例拟行CT增强扫描患者随机分为观察组170例和对照组160例,观察组行CT检查时将60%泛影葡胺加热至37℃后静脉注射,对照组静脉注射常温60%泛影葡胺,观察造影剂在不同温度下黏稠度及两组静脉注射造影剂后毒副反应发生率。结果:随温度升高,造影剂黏稠度下降,观察组毒副反应发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:静脉注射前适当提高泛影葡胺温度对增加患者对造影剂的耐受性、降低毒副反应发生率效果确切。
Objective: To investigate the influence of temperature on toxic and adverse reaction to 60% meglumine diatrizoate. Meth- ods - 330 patients who would receive CT enhancement scanning were randomly divided into an observation group ( n = 170 ) and a control group ( n = 160 }. The patients in the observation group were given intravenous injection of 60% meglumine diatrizoate which was heated to 37~C when they received CT examination; the patients in the control group were given intravenous injection of 60% meglumine diatrizo- ate which was at normal temperature. The viscosity of contrast agent at different temperature and the incidence of toxic and adverse reac- tion were observed in the two groups. ' Results : The viscosity of contrast agent decreased with the increase of temperature. The difference in the comparison of the incidence of toxic and adverse reaction was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions : Appropriately heating the temperature of meglumine diatrizoate before intravenous injection can effectively increase the patientb tolerance to contrast agent and reduce the incidence of toxic and adverse reaction.
