摘要
加强高职院校兼职教师队伍建设,是高职教育质量提高的重要保证。通过调查分析高职骨干院校,得出在有关政策的支撑下,高职骨干院校兼职教师管理正趋于完善,比如:坚持德才兼备,以德为先的聘用标准;建立科学规范的聘任程序;制定必要的岗前培训制度;明确兼职教师的工作内容;健全兼职教师的考核激励机制;创建信息资源库等。
The construction of part-time faculty in vocational colleges is an important guarantee to the quality improvement of vocational education.The paper investigates the management status of part-time teachers in some key vocational colleges of China and finds that the management system in these colleges is gradually perfected,which reflects in the following aspects: employing part-time teachers in terms of their teaching ability and their professional morality as well;having established scientific and standardized employment procedures;specifying the work contents of part-time teachers;strengthening the assessment on the part-time teachers.
