摘要
良好的职业认同对幼儿教师个体专业化发展具有促进作用,是稳定教师队伍、提高教师队伍整体素质的基础。本研究对三年制中职与五年制高职毕业生的职业认同情况进行了调查,结果表明两类毕业生在职业认同方面存在明显差异。究其原因包括归属感的消解和缺少坚定的价值立场和观念等。为此提出,改善办学条件、强化榜样作用以及改变师范生培养模式等是提高幼师毕业生职业认同的有效策略。
Professional recognition is of great help to the preschool teachers' professional development.The paper investigates the professional recognition of vocational college graduates in three-year secondary vocational education system and five-year higher vocational education system,and statistics shows that there is an obvious difference in professional recognition between these two kinds of graduates.The author contends based on the investigation that the best solutions are to reform the cultivation mode and strengthen the model education.
