高职物流管理专业人才培养模式改革与实践研究

Research on Reform of Talent Cultivation Mode of Logistic Management Specialty in Vocational Colleges

文章借鉴国内高等职业教育的经验,结合新疆经济发展对物流管理专业高素质技能型人才的求,从物流管理专业人才培养的目标定位、课程体系构建、课程建设、教学方法改革和保障机制建设等四个方面阐述了改革思路与做法,以期为其他高职院校物流管理专业教学改革提供借鉴。

The paper,using the experience of higher vocational education in China as reference and viewing logistic talent cultivation on the basis of the economic development in Xinjiang,depicts the reform of talent cultivation mode of logistic management specialty in Xinjiang vocational colleges in four aspects： definition of the specialty,establishment of course system,curriculum construction,and guaranteeing mechanism.
