飞行人员疲劳状况与社会支持的相关性研究

目的探讨飞行人员疲劳状况及其与社会支持的相关性。方法用疲劳评定量表（fatigue assessment instrument，FAI）和社会支持评定量表（social support rating scale，SSRS）对558名飞行人员进行测评，数据采用SPSS15．0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果飞行人员疲劳严重程度与文献报道的健康人员无明显差异，但明显低于文献报道的慢性疲劳综合征（chronic fatigue syndrome，CFS）患者（t=-41．95，P〈0．01）；不同机种飞行人员在疲劳严重程度（F=5．10，P〈0．01）和情境特异性（F=3．80，P〈0．05）方面存在统计学差异，其中歼击机人员的疲劳程度显著低于直升机和轰炸机人员，轰炸机人员的情境特异性显著高于运输机人员；不同专业飞行人员在情境特异性（F=5．22，P〈0．01）方面存在统计学差异，其中机械师在情境特异性方面明显偏低；飞行人员疲劳的严重程度与社会支持呈显著负相关（r=-0．20，P〈0．01）。结论飞行人员疲劳状况及特点与社会支持密切相关。

Objective To investigate the correlation between fatigue and social support among aviators.Methods Five hundred and fifty-eight aviators were evaluated by using fatigue assessment instrument (FAI) and social support rating scale( SSRS),and the obtained data were analyzed with SPSS 15.0.Results With regard to the severity of fatigue,no significant differences could be detected between the aviators and the normal healthy group,nevertheless,it was significantly less serious than that of the people with chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS),as seen from literary reports (t =-41.95,P ＜ 0.01 ).There were statistical differences in the severity of fatigue ( F =5.10,P ＜ 0.01 ) and situational specificity ( F =3.80,P ＜ 0.05 ) among aviators flying different military aircraft,with the severity of fatigue among fighter pilots being obviously lower than that of the aviators flying helicopters and bombers.Situational specificity of the aviators flying bombers was significantly higher than that of the aviators flying transports.There were significant differences in the situational specificity among different occupational aviators( F =5.22,P.＜ 0.01 ),of whom the situational specificity of mechanics tended to be obviously lower.Obviously,the severity of fatigue among aviators was negatively correlated'with social support ( r =-0.20,P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions The severity and feature of fatigue were closely correlated with social support among aviators.
