高压氧对脊髓损伤患者外周血CD34^+细胞及白细胞的影响 被引量:5

Effect of hyperbaric oxygen on peripheral blood CD34 ^+ cells and white blood cells in patients with spinal cord injuries

摘要 目的观察高压氧治疗对脊髓损伤患者外周血CD34^+细胞及白细胞的影响。方法将符合研究标准的21例脊髓损伤患者分为2组,对照组10例,高压氧组11例。对照组行常规治疗(手术治疗、营养神经等药物治疗及针刺),高压氧组在常规治疗基础上加高压氧治疗,1次/d,连续20d。2组于治疗前及治疗后第5、10、20天取静脉血,分别行外周血白细胞及CD34^+细胞绝对值检测。结果高压氧治疗后外周血CD34^+升高(P〈0.05),白细胞计数无显著变化(P〉0.05)。外周血CD34^+细胞绝对值轮廓图显示2组变化趋势不同,高压氧组有明显升高趋势,而对照组无明显变化。结论多次高压氧治疗可动员脊髓损伤患者的骨髓干细胞释放至外周血,使外周血CD34^+细胞绝对计数保持在较高水平;而对白细胞计数无明显影响。 Objective To study the effects of HBO on CD34 ^+ cells and white blood cells in peripheral blood in patients with spinal cord injuries. Methods Twenty-one cases of spinal cord injuries were randomly divided into 2 groups : the control group ( n = 10) and the HBO group ( n = 11 ). The control group received routine treatment (including orthopaedic surgery, drug treatment, as well as acupuncture), while the HBO group received routine treatment and HBO therapy, with HBO exposure once a day for a succession of 20 days. Venous blood was collected on the 5th, 10th and 20th days both before and after treatment for the detection of white blood cells (WBC) and the absolute CD34 ^+ cells. Results HBO could elevate the absolute count of peripheral blood CD34 ^+ cells (P 〈 0.05 ), but no significant effect could be noticed on the count of white blood cells(P 〉 0.05). The outline of the absolute counts of peripheral blood CD34 ^+ cells for the HBO group and the control group indicated that they tended to change in a different way. The HBO group tended to increase more significantly, while no significant changes could be detected in the control group. Conclusions Successive exposures to HBO could mobilize stem cells derived from the bone morrow of the patients with spinal cord injuries to be released to the peripheral blood, thus, the absolute count of peripheral blood CD34 ^+ cells was maintained at a relatively high level, while no obvious effect could be monitored on WBC count.
