摘要
选用石英粉和铝矾土熟料作为复合耐火骨料,以改性淀粉作为粘结剂,钠基膨润土和粉状纤维素(CMC)作为复合悬浮剂,通过正交试验确定铸钢水基消失模涂料的最佳配比,即钠基膨润土含量1.5%,粉状CMC含量1.5%,改性淀粉含量1.2%,并进行生产验证。结果表明,该涂料具有良好的工艺性能,解决了现有涂料在使用过程中存在的问题,能够很好的满足实际生产需要,且成本低廉,具有推广应用价值。
The optimum mixing ratio of a water-based coating for EPC steel casting was established through orthogonal experiments,in which silica and alumina clinker flour were used as composite refractory materials,modified starch(1.2%) as binder and sodium bentonite(1.5%) and powdered cellulose(CMC,1.5%) as composite suspension agent.Production test show that the properties of developed coating are good,the existing problems in the process are solved,and the coating can meet production requirements.
