摘要
实验设计了合适的化学成分和一定范围的含锰量,研究了锰的炉前合金化对高碳灰铸铁组织和性能的影响。结果显示:锰含量在0.4%~0.6%时,铸铁硬度下降,在0.6%~1.0%时,硬度升高,当锰为0.6%左右时硬度最低,在1.0%硬度时最高;当锰含量为0.7%时抗拉强度最低,在0.8%时抗拉强度最高。当锰含量在0.8%时试样的综合力学性能最好。
Designing the appropriate chemical composition and a range of containing manganese content,the effect of manganese alloying in furnace front on structure and performance of high carbon grey cast iron was studied.The results show that the hardness of the cast iron decreases with the manganese content of 0.4%~0.6%,the hardness increases with the manganese content of 0.6%~ 1.0%,the hardness is the minimum with 0.6%Mn,the hardness is the maximum with 1.0%Mn.The tensile strength of the sample with 0.7%Mn is the minimum,with 0.8%Mn is the maximum.And the comprehensive mechanical property of the sample with 0.8%Mn is the best.
