液膜溶解扩散焊技术在焊补F泵曲轴缩裂缺陷方面的应用

摘要 针对F泵曲轴在生产过程中产生的局部缩裂采用传统的电弧焊进行修补时会在焊区及周边形成较大的应力,焊后又易出现开裂缺陷而引起铸件报废的问题,引进了液膜溶解扩散焊技术。阐述了该技术的操作要点、应注意的问题及取得的效果等。通过1年来的应用实践,有效解决了F泵曲轴缩裂缺陷的修补问题,取得满意的效果。 Aimed at the tendency easy to form a larger stress in the weld zone and the surrounding welding during welding repair of shrinkage crack defects formed in production process using conventional arc welding,and then resulting in scrap caused by cracking defects after welding for F pump crankshaft,the liquid film dissolution diffusion welding technology was introduced.The operating points of the technology,the problem that should be paid attention to,and the achieved results were described.Through practice application for years,the shrinkage cracking defects of F pump crankshaft are effectively eliminated,and the satisfactory results are achieved.
