摘要
对柱塞泵转子结构进行了分析,用UG软件建立了转子钢坯的三维成形图,研究分析了双金属挤压铸挂成形工艺原理。根据铸件几何尺寸,结合液体金属冲压铸挂成形工艺特点进行工艺方案选择,建立了试验模型。在普通立式液压机上进行了液体金属冲压铸挂成形工艺研究。
The structure of the rotor for radial piston pump was analyzed and the 3-D forming diagram of the rotor billet is modeled by UG software.The forming principle of punching casting process for bimetal metal was studied.According to geometric dimension of the casting,considering the technology characteristic of punching casting forming of liquid metal,the process scheme was selected and the experimental model was established.The study on punching casting process for liquid metal was completed in ordinary vertical hydraulic press.
