摘要
钛合金材料导热系数小、弹性模量低、化学活性高的特点,给机械加工带来很大难题。本文结合钛合金加工领域的相关技术资料和实际工作经验对钛合金壳体工件在加工中心加工工艺进行研究,着重介绍壳体工件加工中铣削、钻孔、扩孔工艺的研究。为在该领域的工作人员提供一定帮助。
The machining of titanium alloy material is quite challenging due to its small thermal conductivity, low modulus of elasticity and active chemical property. The article theoretically discusses the processing technology of the components of classic titanium alloys shell based on the technology materials and practical work experience in this area, and focused on the introduction of the technologies of milling, drilling, chambering etc in shell components machining. The article is of assistance to the practitioners in the field of titanium alloys components processing.
