摘要
针对目前油田上使用的诸如隔膜泵、泥浆泵、注聚泵、油隔离泵等大型设备存在的问题,提出了三种由液压系统驱动实现自动往复行走的方案,并对各种方案的优缺点做了较为详细的分析,这几种方案的提出,将在很大程度上解决传统机构的缺点,并将在很大程度上缩小产品的尺寸,降低产品的使用成本,提高产品的使用寿命。
The paper in view of the problems of diaphragm pump, mud pump, polymer injection pump, oil-isolation pump and other large equipment, put forward three schemes to achieve automatic reciprocating walk by hydraulic utility drive, and analysed both advantages and disadvantages respectively. The three schemes could greatly solved the disadvantages of traditional equipment, narrowed the size of the equipment, reduced the using cost and improve the working time.
