单侧成角外支架固定治疗股骨粗隆区骨折(附52例报告) 被引量:2

摘要 从 1 994年 3月~ 1 998年 3月 ,作者应用单侧成角外支架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折 39例、粗隆下骨折 1 3例 ,经平均 2年随访 ,疗效满意。骨折愈合时间分别平均为 1 2周和 1 6周。和其他方法相比 ,本法优点如下 :(1 )手术创伤小、时间短 ,固定可靠 ,病人能早期功能锻炼。 (2 )近端两针呈 1 1°角 ,固定后能防止针松脱或穿入髋臼 ,抗拒颈干区内翻剪力。 (3)调节支架装置使骨折端紧密对合及增加生理应力 。
