海水砂浴对老年膝骨关节炎镇痛作用的研究

Study on the analgesia effect of bath with sea water and sands in elderly osteoarthritis patients

目的 探索海水湿热砂浴对老年膝骨关节炎的镇痛作用。方法 对 54例老年膝骨关节炎患者采用海水湿热砂浴治疗 ,检测治疗前后患者血皮质醇 (F)和T—淋巴细胞转化率 (LTT) ,并设 2 0例按摩治疗组对照。结果 治疗组总有效率为 84 .55%。 1年随访仍达 80 % ,明显高于对照组 (P值 <0 .0 5)。治疗组治疗后血皮质醇 (F)和T—淋巴细胞转化率 (LTT)较治疗前有显著改善 ( P 值 <0 .0 1 )。结论 海水湿热砂浴对老年膝骨关节炎有较持久的抗炎镇痛作用。

Objective To study the analgesia effect of bath with sea water and sands in elderly osteoarthritis patients. Methods 54 elderly osteoarthritis patients were examined by serum cortisol test (F) and T-lymphocyte transformation rate (LTT) before and after bath with sea water and sands.The control group were treat with massage. Results The effective rate in bath with sea and sands group were 84.55%,with sea higher than that in the control group.The serum cortisol test(F) and T-lymphocyte transformation rate (LTT) were all increase obviously after the treatment in bath with sea water and sands group (P<0.01). Conclusion The bath with seawater and sands had significane analgesia effect in elderly osteoarthritis patients.
