采血流程管理对血标本检验准确率的影响

Influence of blood collection process management on the accuracy rate of blood samples

目的通过对采集血标本的流程管理，保证血液标本的质量，提高静脉血标本检验的准确率，进一步提高患者满意度。方法选取2010年1—3月和2010年10—12月静脉采血标本进行质量控制，分析不合格标本原因后实施采血流程管理，比较实施前后静脉采血不合格率及患者满意度。结果实施采血流程管理后，静脉采血不合格率从2．86％降低到1．17％，差异具有统计学意义（X2=77．05，P〈0．01）；患者满意度从86．86％上升到94．06％。结论对采血流程进行质量管理，制订规范化、标准化的采血流程，能够提高静脉血标本检验的准确率，进一步提高患者满意度。

Objective To ensure the quality of blood samples and increase the accuracy rate of blood samples so as to improve patients＇ satisfaction. Methods Process management of blood collection was implemented on the basis of analysed the reason of disqualification by quality monitoring the venous blood sampling specimens in January to March 2010. Then, the rate of blood specimens disqualification and patients＇ satisfaction were observed and compared before and after the process management implemented in October to December 2010. Results After implemented the process management of blood collection, the rate of blood specimens disqualification decreased from 2.86% to 1.17% ,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01 ） ,and patients＇ satisfaction increased from 86.86% to 94.06%. Conclusions The process management of blood collection can increase the rate of accuracy of blood samples and improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
