摘要
从合同能源管理的机制入手,概括合同能源管理在我国近十年来的发展历程及取得的效果,进而分析在我国实行合同能源管理的可行性与必要性;通过与国外合同能源管理运行情况的对比来阐述我国发展合同能源管理中的瓶颈;最后对我国发展合同能源的管理提出建议。
