摘要
针对变压器油中溶解气体在线监测系统进行研究与设计,分析了系统的组成及工作原理并且介绍了油气分离,气体分离和检测以及数据采集与处理3个关键技术。油气分离部分采用全自动真空脱气装置,并使用单根复合填料色谱柱和灵敏度高的SnO2气敏传感器对混合气体进行有效的分离与检测,利用工业嵌入式计算机和数据采集模块对信号进行快速采集,通过上位机对数据进行分析、处理和储存。实验室测试结果表明,该系统具有实时检测、高精度和高性价比的特点。
This paper designed an online monitoring system for the gas in the oil of the transformer.The composition of the system and the working principle were analyzed.It focused on three critical techniques,Oil and gas separating part adopts automatic vacuum degassing device,the separation and detection of mixed gases can be achieved respectively by a single composite filler of chromatographic column and a high sensitivity SnO2 gas sensor.Industrial embedded computer and data acquisition modules are used to acquire the signal quickly,then through the host computer for data analysis,processing and storage.Laboratory test results show that the system has high detection accuracy and high performance price ratio.
