提升中小民营企业经营管理者领导力的思考——以福建省泉州市为例

Thinking on the Leadership of Managers in Small and Medium Private Enterprises——A Case study of Quanzhou City

福建省泉州市作为福建乃至全国发展最快、最具活力的地区之一,近年来以中小民营企业为依托,奋力打造具有区域优势的特色经济,创造出"泉州模式"。但在发展过程中,经营管理者所呈现的领导力不高的问题颇为显著。该文从管理主体维度阐述了中小企业管理者在管理活动中存在的问题,分析问题存在的原因,并试述提高经营管理者领导力的对策。

Quanzhou city is one of the fastest growing and the most dynamic regions in Fujian and even in China.Based on small and medium private enterprises,Quanzhou strengthened the development of regional distinctive enconmy and created a ＂Quanzhou Model＂ in resent years.However,in the process of development,the problems on the leadership of managers have become significant.This paper analyzed the problems and the reasons for problems in management activity of managers in small and medium private enterprises,and put forward the measures for improving the leadership of managers.
