新生代农民工的社会心理转变及适应性分析——以福州市晋安区为研究区域

Analysis on Transformations and Adaptability of the New Generation Migrant Workers' Social Mentalities——A Case of Jin'an District in Fuzhou

新生代农民工与老一代农民工相比在身份、地位、待遇有一定的相似,而在务工目的、消费观念、文化水平等方面与老一代农民工迥然相异,呈现出新的特点。该文以福州晋安区为研究区域,就新生代农民工进城之后的社会心态问题展开实证性研究,归纳总结农民工出现的问题,并提出新生代农民工的心理防范和风险化解机制。

The new and the older generation of migrant workers are similar in the identity,status and treatment,but they are different in the working purpose,consumption concept,cultural level.There are some new characteristics for the new generation migrant workers.In this paper,taking migrant workers in Jin＇an District in Fuzhou as an example,we analyzed the problems of the new generation migrant workers＇social mentalities,and put forwad the mechanisms on psychological prevention and risk mitigation for the new generation migrant workers.
