网络的开放性不断加大我国网络管理的难度,网络与现实世界的关系也越来越复杂。研究借鉴中医相关理念,就如何处理好舆论监督、言论自由与正确履行监管职责之间的关系,有效破解网络与现实社会的纠结,尽早发现和补齐各类监管的"短板",营造一个清新、安全的网络空间以及主动引领网络思潮,对创新当前我国网络管理的进路进行探讨。

The open intemet makes the network management more difficulty, the relationship between network and reality become more complicated. This paper attempts to analysis the approaching to the innovative network management based on traditional Chinese medicine. The ideas how to deal with the relationships between public opinion supervision, freedom of speech and performing the supervisory duties of government can resolve the entangled relationship between the internet and real society effectively, discovering and correcting all kinds of de- fection of regulatory early, creating a fresh and safe network space can approach to innovative Chinese network management.
