绍兴市某医院消化科75例患者跌倒原因及防范护理

Analysis the Causes and Prevention Measures on 75 Fallen Patients in Department of Gastroenterology in a Hospital in Shaoxing

目的:分析消化科患者跌倒原因,提出安全防护措施,降低消化科患者跌倒发生率。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,观察2008年1月-2011年6月期间发生的75例跌倒患者,分析其跌倒原因,并根据原因制定相应的防范措施。结果:本组75例意外跌倒患者年龄分布为,≤40岁患者9例,4l-65岁患者15例,65-75岁患者24例,75岁以上患者27例。平均年龄70.5岁,高于70岁。跌倒患者的状况及其原因存在差异。结论:为预防和减少消化科患者跌倒的发生,应加强高龄,相关疾病患者及青年消化道出血患者的重点护理,重点增强患者对陪护人员的依从性,增强患者如厕陪护并改善如厕环境。

Objective： To analysis the causes of gastroenterology patients fall, propose the safety protection measures to reduce the inci- dence of fall. Methods： The retrospective investigation method was used to observe 75 hospitalized patients, which was analysed the causes of fall and formulate corresponding preventive measures. Results： The age distribution of patients of the 75 cases is consisted of 9 patients be- low 40 years old, 15 patients in 41-65, 24 patients in 65-75, 27 cases over 75 years, the average age is 70.5 years. There are differences in the conditions and causes of the fall patients. Conclusion： The ideals including giving elderly patients with underlying diseases and young patients with gastrointestinal bleeding patients special nursing, improving the bathroom environment, early health education for the patients can reduce the incidence of fall.
