均等化目标下我国农村老年人对基本公共卫生服务的利用及满意度调查

Investigation on Utilization of Primary Public Health Services and Satisfactory Degree Among Elders in Rural Areas of China Based on the Goal of Equalization

目的:分析农村老年人利用基本公共卫生服务的现状及满意度,为促进基本公共卫生服务均等化提供依据。方法:采用多阶段抽样法,针对调查对象设计问卷,对东、中、西及西北部4省农村老年人利用基本公共卫生服务的情况进行调查,将数据进行分类及量化处理后进行卡方检验。结果:4类地区调查对象的服务利用存在差异(2=56.576,<0.001),其中一类地区老年人服务利用情况最好(92.25%),其次是二类地区(78.60%),三类(69.29%)及四类(69.04%)地区老年人服务利用情况较差。不同性别(2=9.794,=0.002)、文化程度(2=11.278,=0.004)、经济收入(2=11.521,=0.003)、居住状况(2=21.621,<0.001)及健康知识知晓程度(2=23.330,<0.001)的老年人,对服务的利用存在差异。结论:公共卫生服务机构应加强基本公共卫生服务政策宣传,开展老年人健康知识教育工作;应针对老年人的自身特点,为老年人提供真正满意的服务。

Objective： Investigation on utilization of primary public health services and satisfactory degree among eiders in rural areas to provide the basis for promoting the equalization of primary public health services for elders. Methods： Questionnaires are distributed by the principles of stratifying and sampling to the rural areas in the eastern, central, western and northwestern part of China to the elder＇s use of pri- mary public health services. Chi-square Test was used to analysis the data. Results： Service utilization were different of the four regions （X2=56.576, P〈O.O01 ）. The figure of the first-class region is 92.25%, second-class region is 78.60%, third-class region is 69.29% and fourth- class region is 69.04%. According to the results of Chi-square Test, the use of primary public health services is related to the factors including gender （2,2=9.794, P=0.002）, education level （x2=l 1.278, P=0.004）, income （x2=11.521, P=0.003）, living conditions （x2=21.621, P〈0.001） and health knowledge （X2=23.330, P〈0.001）. Conclusion： Public health services institutions should strengthen the publicizing of primary public health services policies for elders, the good services should be provided to elders according to their own characteristics.
