社区家庭医生责任制服务满意度调查分析 被引量:34

摘要 目的:了解居民对家庭医生服务的评价,及时调整健康管理策略,为制定家庭医生相关政策提供依据。方法:采取入户发放调查表和访谈形式,随机抽取已与家庭医生签约的居民900人,进行满意度调查,并就相关因素进行分析。结果:社区居民对家庭医生服务总体满意度为90.4%,居民对家庭医生的服务环境、服务态度、医疗收费、服务内容、技术水平满意度分别为91.2%、94.1%、98.2%、86.4%和82.1%。不同户籍、学历水平、经济状况的居民对服务内容和技术水平满意度有明显差异。社区卫生服务的可及性较好,分别有57.5%和65.7%的居民认为到社区健康服务中心看病方便,服务能满足需要。但家庭医生服务的利用率较低,仅9%居民生病首选家庭医生。结论:居民对家庭医生服务总体上是满意的,但要进一步提高满意度,还必须加大对家庭医生服务的宣传力度,提高居民的知晓率;配备充足的全科医师,完善服务内容,提高家庭医生整体素质和服务能力。应推行社区首诊制度,完善政府补偿机制和绩效考核机制。 Objective: To find out the residents' evaluation on family doctor services, timely adjust the health management strategies, and provide the basis for the formulation of the relevant policies of the family doctor. Methods: Home visiting questionnaires and interviews were conducted with randomly selected 900 residents who contracted with the family doctor to do the satisfaction surveys, and analyzed the related factors. Results: Community family doctor service in general satisfaction was 90.4%, residents of the service environment, the attitude of family physicians and medical fees are more than 90%. Were86.4% and 82.1%, content of services and technical level of satisfaction. Dif- ferent household registration, education level, economic status of residents on the services and technical level of satisfaction were significantly different. Family doctor services and better, respectively, 57.5% and 65.7% of residents think that the doctor convenient to the community hea- lth service centers, the service can meet the needs. Lower utilization of family doctor services, only 9% of residents ill preferred family doctor. Conclusion: Residents were overall satisfied with the family doctor services, butto further improve satisfaction, we must increase the propa- ganda of the family doctor services, raise residents' awareness; must be equipped with sufficient general practitioners to improve services and improve the overall quality of family physicians and service capabilities. Implementation of the Community system of first diagnosis, and im- prove the government's compensation mechanisms and performance appraisal mechanisms.
