摘要
目的:探讨中学生复原力与应激、学校适应之间的关系。方法:采用生活事件量表、亚洲复原力量表以及中学生学校适应量表测量614名在校中学生。结果:男中学生在复原力上的得分与女中学生差异不显著(>0.05)。城市中学生复原力总分和灵活应对维度上的得分高于农村中学生(<0.01)。复原力水平高的中学生学校适应能力高于复原力低的,女生在纪律遵守、人际关系及学校适应的总体水平上优于男生(=240.583、26.094、25.626、20.452,<0.001)。复原力对应激与学校适应的关系起部分中介作用。结论:复原力与应激及学校适应密切相关。提高复原力可降低应激的不良影响,提高中学生学校适应能力。
Objective: To explore the correlations among resilience, stress and school adjustment of middle school students. Methods: 614 middle school students were investigated with Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Check-list(ASLEC),Asian Resilience Scale and School Adjustment Scale of Middle School students. Results: The differences between boys and girts were not significant in the results of resilience (P 〉 0.05), the score of students in resilience and coping flexibility lived were higher in city than in country (P 〈 0.01 ). The school adjustment of the students who were high in resilience was higher than those low in resilience, girls were better than boys in discipline compliance, inter- personal relationship and school adjustment (F=240.583,26.094,25.626、20.452,P 〈 0.001 ). Resilience was a mediator factor between stress and school adjustment. Conclusion: Resilience, Stress and School Adjustment is closely related. The disadvantageous influence of stress on middle school students can be reduced by improving resilience and then the school adjustment of students can be improved.
