护理专业与非医学专业学生对精神病患者歧视态度调查

Investigation on the Discrimination Attitudes to the Patients with Mental Disorders in Nursing Major and Non-medical College Students

目的:调查护理专业与非医学专业学生对精神疾病患者的歧视状况。方法:应用歧视精神疾病患者评估量表,对广州市某2所高校护理专业及非医学专业毕业班学生共426人进行问卷调查。结果:护理专业学生在能力维度得分较非医学专业学生低,且差异具有统计学意义(<0.001);调查对象的性别、是否参加过精神疾病知识讲座与量表总分呈负相关。结论:护理专业学生比非医学专业学生对精神疾病患者的歧视程度更轻;男性比女性对患者的歧视程度轻;参加过精神疾病知识讲座者对患者的歧视程度更轻。

Objective： To investigate the discrimination condition to the patients with mental disorders in college students major in nur- sing and electronic engineering. Methods： 426 college students in two colleges in Guangzhou were questionnaired, using the scale of discrimi- nation to patients with mental disorders. Results： There is statistic differences （P 〈 0.05） in ability dimension of the scale between the two groups. Gender and attended the psychiatric disease lectures has negative correlation （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： As compared to the students, nursing students has lower degree of discrimination attitude to the patients with mental disorders. Male students and those students attended psychiatric disease lectures have lower degree of discrimination attitude to the patients with mental disorders.
