摘要
浙江是全国蚕桑生产主产区,历来居全国前列地位。蚕桑是浙江传统特色农产品,也是浙江省农业十大主导产业之一。进入新世纪以来,通过实施西进工程,推行蚕业法规,创新体制机制,促进了浙江蚕业的健康发展。在全面推进现代农业建设的新形势下,蚕桑产业面临着严峻的挑战,必须通过实施基地园区化、主体合作化、种业标准化、技术省力化、服务社会化、资源循环化等转型升级的措施,促进浙江蚕桑新发展。
Zhejiang is one of the main producing areas of sericulture production. Sericulture is the traditional characteristic agricultural products as one of the ten leading agricultural industries of Zhejiang province. The development of Zhejiang sericulture was promoted by the implementation of the west moving project and sericulture industry regulations, and the innovation of system and mechanism since 2000. In the new situation of comprehensively promoting modem agriculture construction, there will be grim challenges during the development of sericulture industry. Measures as bases clustering, mains cooperation, Seed industry standardization, technical labor saving, service socialization and resources circulating should be carried out for the further development.
