摘要
制备了纯白榴石粉体和金属烤瓷熔块,并以不同的白榴石粉体和金属烤瓷熔块的比例混合,制备出新型金属烤瓷粉。对制备的白榴石粉体和金属烤瓷熔块分别进行了XRD分析,并对金属烤瓷粉的热膨胀系数进行了分析。实验结果表明,制得的金属烤瓷粉,其热膨胀系数为12.5×10-6~14.5×10-6/℃,可以通过调整白榴石的含量来调整粉体的热膨胀系数,使之与金属基底相匹配。
The pure leucite and porcelain frit were prepared. In addition, the newfashioned porcelain powder had been prepared by mixing the different ratios of leucite and porcelain flit. The leucite crystal phase and porcelain frit were analyzed by XRD, and coefficient of thermal expansion of the porcelain powder were measured too. The coef- ficient of thermal expansion of the porcelain powder prepared by mixing porcelain flit and leucite in different ratios is 12. 5× 10^-6-14. 5 × 10^-6/℃, demonstrating that the coefficient of thermal expansion of the porcelain powder could be adjusted by the addition of different ratios of leucite, so as to match with the metal substrate.
